Shipping
We ship all our packages using the USPS. Average shipping time is 4 days, but please allow for extended shipping times during holiday seasons. Please allow 1 day for processing after placing your order as well.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS Tracking Number, which you can use to track your order.
All Apollo Accessories orders ship Free.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipping, please contact us to resolve this issue.
Payment
We use Stripe and PayPal to process our payments. You can use any Credit or Debit card, or pay with your PayPal balance.
We use the latest Web Security SSL methods to ensure your payment information is secure.
No, the only additional charge on top of the product price is your state’s taxes.
Returns
If you purchased an Apollo Accessory, and are not 100% satisfied for whatever reason, we offer a 60 Day return policy, which you can review Here.
If you receive a package with a broken accessory, please take a picture and send to support@apolloaccessories.co along with your Name and order number. One of our representatives will be in touch within 36 hours.
After you have mailed the accessory back to us, please allow 5 days for shipping, and 2 days for processing. After we have confirmed your order, your payment will be refunded in full.
